Holistic Healing Session

Life Coaching & Spiritual Coaching
Discovery Session (Initial Consult)
$85 CAD + HST *
This is a 60-minute session during which I get to meet YOU! We will discuss your history and coaching goals, as well as my coaching style, and decide whether my coaching services are a good fit for you. Lastly, we will develop a coaching plan so you can begin your journey instantly.
Standard Coaching Session
$100 CAD +HST*
A 60-minute coaching session where we work on your goals, discuss obstacles, and embark on your coaching journey.
Mini Coaching Session
$55 CAD + HST*
This 30-minute session is only available once 3 Standard Coaching Sessions have been reached. It is meant as a check-in and maintenance session to keep you on track.
*Note that all pricing is in CAD. If you reside in the United States, you will be paying roughly ~$70-75 USD for a Standard Coaching Session (depending on foreign exchange rates and bank fees). If you reside in the United Kingdom, you will be paying roughly ~£56-61 GBP for a Standard Coaching Session (depending on foreign exchange rates and bank fees). And if you reside in Ireland or another European Country, you will be paying roughly ~€68-73 EUR (depending on exchange rates and bank fees).
**You will not be charged HST if you reside outside of Canada.
Energy Healing & Attunements
*Note that the prices below are for In-Person Reiki sessions. If you wish to book a Distance Reiki session, held on Zoom, you will save 15%.
First Reiki Session
$115 CAD + HST
This 75- minute session involves about 20-minutes of conversation prior to any healing to review medical history and healing goals. This is then followed by a 10-minute Aura Cleanse, and 35 minutes of healing. 10-minutes is always left at the end of every session for payment and a healing experience discussion.
Comprehensive Healing
$145 CAD + HST
This 90-minute session is for extensive healing requirements. It opens with a 20-minute discussion about the ailment or healing goal to ensure a thorough understanding. This is then followed by 50-minutes of various healing treatments that are dependent on your needs. Comprehensive sessions are most appropriate for Reiki Surgery and Chronic Pain Management.
Aura Cleanse
$45 CAD + HST
This short 15-minute cleanse is for those looking to quickly clear their aura of negative energy. For more details on Aura Cleanses, prior to booking, please click HERE.
Short Reiki Session
$55 CAD + HST
This 30-minutes session is for those who have already had their First Reiki Session with Hummingbird Nation and require a quick boost of healing. On average, the session will involve 15-20 minutes of active healing. Short sessions are most appropriate for General Healing, Comprehensive Aura Cleanse, Acute Injury & Illness Support, and Emotional Dis-ease Management.
Standard Reiki Session
$100 CAD + HST
This 60-minute session is for those who have already had their First Reiki Session with Hummingbird Nation. On average the session involves a 5-10 minute Aura Cleanse, followed by 35-40 minutes of active healing time. 10-minutes is always left at the end of every session for payment and a healing experience discussion. Standard sessions are most appropriate for nearly all healing options with the exception of Reiki Surgery.
Energy Attunements
$120 CAD + HST

Great for when you have multiple questions, are unsure of what to ask, or are looking for direction in life.

$130 CAD + HST
A 60-Minute Readings are a good choice for when you have many areas of your life that you wish to tackle. I also recommend the longer reading if you are asking about an emotionally difficult subject.
